KidsPlace has designed a series of lesson plans for school teachers to understand then teach basic gymnastic, acrobatic and circus elements.
1. Teachers will participate in the class try some basic gymnastic movement,
e.g. Forward / Backward Rolls, Cartwheels, Handstands, Spinning Plates, Hoola Hoops, Diabolos and more.
2. Step by step breakdown to help teachers understand how to teach gymnastics / Acrobatic and circus in a safe manner suitable for school environments.

4. Gymnastic game activities to build up children body strength.
5. Basic sport acrobatic in safety. (Partner Lifting and Balancing)
6. How to teach circus trick to children. (Hoola Hoop, Spinning Plate, Juggle & Unicycle)

To keep ourselves healthy we need to have a peaceful and happy mind and combine this with a proper diet and regular exercise. KidsPlace is pleased to announce the addition of our Senior Lifestyle Programs designed especially for middle to older age people with our professionally qualified exercise and dance teacher Anna He. With 30 years teaching experience in dance with Ballet, Chinese Traditional Folk Dancing, Ballroom Dancing, and Modern Dance in Beijing , Anna specializes in the series of Tai Qi dance routines which include the fan, sword and ribbons. She has great experience working with children and has published 35 books and DVDs on children's health programs in China along with recognized government education programs in Kinder Garden in China . She also specializes in Martial Arts and Sports Sciences in Dunhuang and Mulan Weapon and Weaponless Style, Health development in Tai Qi, Modern Qi Gong and Aerobics and teaches martial age through seniors in China and Melbourne . The features of this type of exercise dance are simple movements which are easy to learn, accompanied by pleasant music with gentle rhythms. It exercises and oxygenates each part of the body, including the neck, shoulders, waist, thighs, legs and each joint. The level of exercise can be easily adjusted to suit the individual. |

The aim of exercising regularly is to strengthen the muscles and build elasticity in the tendons which enable the body to reduce the speed of deterioration. People with neck or back pain, joint pain, headache, insomnia or menopause symptoms may gain better health by participating in this form of exercise. It is gentle, safe and easy to learn, suitable for all ages and can balance the medium Ying and Yang making a person stronger, happier and healthier. |
